To get started, please create an account through the Paw Partner App and submit your reservation request. Please note that all reservations are placed as pending until confirmed by our team.

Before your reservation can be approved, all required vaccinations must be uploaded to your account:

- Dogs: DHPP, Bordetella & Rabies

- Cats: FVRCP & Rabies

For the fastest response regarding drop-off, pickup, or general questions, please text us at 513-970-4729. Text messages are seen faster than messages sent through the Paw Partner App. If we are unable to answer the phone, texting is the best way to reach us.
